PLEASE LISTEN TO ‘SEASON 4 - EPISODE 40’ FOR PART ONE OF THIS TWO-PART CASE.
Simon Hall was convicted of the murder of 79-year-old Joan Albert in February 2003. Although neither his DNA or fingerprints were found at the scene, the prosecution linked Hall to the crime through the transfer of clothing fibres. Along with his legal team, Hall was adamant that he was innocent and he would be taking his fight to the Royal Courts of Justice (Part 2 of 2).
